On the second day, my cousins who were having their holiday in KL met up, so we actually spent new year together. *Sighs* I gotta be honest with you. My 2011 countdown at the KLCC turned out to be one of my most boring countdown of my seventeen years of living on Earth. The show itself was boring but the fireworks were spectacular! I still love KL's fireworks!

So there were a series of items being showcased that night.

1. Fountain mexican dance thing. Show started at 9pm but the fountain item took like what? 2-3 hours of our time? Seriously, i was so close to drowning myself in the fountains. It was the same thing over and over and over and over and over again! Looked fascinating at first but after viewing it for more than an hour? Urrr...

2. Up next was the various ethnic group's dance acts. Urm, pictures aren't that clear. But it was nice! Specially the Zapin and Bhangara(did i spell it right?) items.

3. Started the countdown and yayyyyyyyy fireworks! It was spectacular! Glowing and shining! They even had heart shaped ones. I took a video of it but it's taking forever to upload and i'm getting sleepy. So sorry but i took some screenshots of it! Watching the fireworks at KLCC was probably the highlight of the day.

After all the screaming and people smoking in our faces, my brother and i started coughing non-stop. It actually triggered back our asthma and i swear i couldn't breathe. Haven't had an attack since i was in primary school. So did my mum, uncle and little cousins. Omg the whole family has a history of asthma. Baik or what. Oh and i found out something so weird, my uncle has asthma and its quite bad because he's using the inhaler like once every few hours but he smokes! He smokes! Why in the world isn't he dead yet?

I've never seen the place this packed before. This is just the entrance of the shopping mall wait till you see the place they held the fireworks. I was practically grinding my own aunt while making our way out. Ohhh and since we didn't want to get separated or lost we actually held on to each other's shoulders and formed that snake kinda thing. Other families started doing the same thing and then a group of people started joining us thinking it was for fun kinda thing. Hhahaha wth but i had so much fun i swear.

After quenching our thirst at nearby food courts, we headed back to the hotel and omg even the hotel smelled of fireworks and the breakfast and lounge area turned into a club. Stroboscopic lights flashing on our faces and music bursting through our ears. Hahaha danced for a while, sang our hearts out and had the ball of our time!

Hahahhah so the music didn't stop till 3am in the morning! We were back in our rooms by 2am but the music was still loud and clear, our hotel room had the view of the pool and people were dancing everywhere. Hahaha, i wonder how it's like in Singapore. While waiting for the lift, the group of dancers which performed at KLCC came. They were staying at our hotel and everyone started taking pictures with them. Hahahah and theyre damn adorable. Seriously, the rest of the pictures are up on facebook. I look like shit so i'm not gonna post the group photos i took with them here. :D

Shall post the ATV incident next. Something scary happened and it led my mum to tears. Till next time.

Note to self: Fatin Farhanna please get well soon. Take your lozenges before you go to bed!
